• Acceptable media- Camera memory cards (SD,XD, Compact Flash, Micro Drive, Smart Media, Multimedia Card, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, CD, DVD, USB Flash / Pen Drive, Zip, Floppy, Email etc.
• PC disks only. Mac users please save onto PC disks.
• Files should be between 300dpi at your chosen print size.
• JPEG or TIFF file formats only with correct file extension (.jpg or .tif).
• RGB only. No Greyscale or CMYK - please convert to RGB.
• Place your images in folders marked by print size. i.e. “6x4” etc.
  
• Put multiple images into different folders. i.e. "6x4 2 copies"
• Any artwork time carried out by Pyramid will be chargeable at an hourly rate.
• Any files, which are corrupt or not able to be read by Pyramid, are the client’s responsibility.

Pyramid can produce stunning photographic prints from negative, transparency and digital. Up until now most labs have been unable to produce satisfactory reprints from older negatives and transparencies due to dust and scratches being present on the originals, unless they were retouched in Photoshop first. Not any more!!

Both our 3001 Noritsu minilabs now have Digital ICE automatic dust and scratch removal. Digital ICE technology is applied to automatically remove unwanted dust, fingerprints and scratches on colour negatives, transparencies and C41 B&W film.
