The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms of business. The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for the sale and supply of Pyramid’s services and materials. They specifically exclude any terms and conditions preferred by the client.

Orders up to the value of £19.99 - £3.00 For First Class Post
& Packing
Orders between £20 and £49.99 - £5.00 For First Class Post
& Packing
Orders over £50 - £8.00 For First Class Post & Packing
Recorded delivery - extra £2.50 - in addition to above rate
Special Delivery - extra £4.00 - in addition to above rate

Pyramid reserves the right to alter prices without notice
Terms of Payment
Where no other terms have been specified Pyramid’s terms of payment regarding
established credit accounts are net cash payable in full within 30 days of
invoice. In the case of new business the terms are strictly cash with order
until a credit account has been established. This will only be done following
the receipt of two satisfactory trade references. Sales account not exceeding
£500 per annum will be cash with order. Pyramid reserves the right to
add 2% per month to overdue accounts.
VAT
All prices in this website INCLUDE VAT at 15%
Quotations
Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is open for acceptance not exceeding
30 days from the date of supply.
Acceptance
Any modifications to quotations supplied must be agreed in writing. If a special
quotation is used then reference to that must be made. All telephone and associated
orders should be confirmed in writing. All communications relating to orders
should specify the number and date of the original order together with a description
of the goods.
Colour Reproduction
Pyramid employs the most modern methods of working and takes into account,
wherever technically possible, requests regarding colour balance. Without
special instruction, reproduction of colour will be deemed faithful at the
discretion of the company.
Copyright
By placing an order the client declares his right to reproduce all negatives,
transparencies and digital files supplied. The client assumes absolute liability
for any resulting violation of copyright in any action brought by a third
party.
Late Delivery
Pyramid will use its best endeavours to ensure that orders are completed within
the time stated but will not accept any liability for damages in the event
of failure to do so. Should delay be experienced in the completion of an order
the buyer does not have the right to concede his order either entirely or
in part.
Despatch
Goods are sent directly at the risk of the client or consignee. Despatch other
than by first class mail will be undertaken where specifically requested.
Claims
Any goods rejected as not complying for whatever reason with the order placed
must be so rejected in writing within 7 days of receipt by the client or his
agent. Goods damaged in transit must be kept within their packing for inspection.
In cases of complaint it is necessary that all relative work be returned together
with the invoice and original material. The company must be notified immediately
if delivery is not effected within 3 days of receipt of invoice.
Retention of Title
The risk in the goods forming the subject of this contract passes to the purchaser
on delivery, but title and beneficial ownership shall remain with us the seller
until full payment has been received. (Each order being considered a whole).
Liability
Pyramid is proud of its reputation for careful handling of client’s work
and for the fact that it takes all possible care with regard to the property
entrusted to it. Pyramid will however not accept liability beyond the cost
of the client’s original material and should this have an intrinsic value
beyond that of the material itself then the client will have been assumed
to have effected all risks insurance to the extent of the value.
Errors
Pyramid will not be responsible for errors which occur in the absence of written
instructions or in the case of ambiguous or unclear instructions. We are proud
of our quality and our service; however, shortages or errors must be notified
within 3 days of receipt. Complaints must be accompanied by the relevant invoice
and original order details.
