When uploading files to Pyramid please make sure you include your full name, telephone number, email address, postal address and instructions on what you require. Make sure your instructions are clear and concise - failure to supply accurate instructions will result in either the job being delayed or not done to your satisfaction. Please read our terms and conditions prior to sending work to Pyramid Imaging.

We will contact you prior to the job being put into production for payment once we have checked the files that have been submitted. Please DO NOT include any payment details (i.e. credit card details) with this upload facility as we offer a more secure transaction by contacting you personally by telephone and paying by debit or credit card over the phone.

Please note that we will not put any jobs into production that have not been paid for! This especially applies if we are unable to contact you. Pyramid will use its best endeavours to ensure that orders are completed within the time stated but will not accept any liability for damages in the event of failure to do so. Should delay be experienced in the completion of an order the buyer does not have the right to concede his order either entirely or in part.
